Refund Policy - the basics

At Your Money Fast Tax Preparation Services, Inc., we believe trust begins with transparency. Since 2011, we’ve built our business on integrity, accuracy, and a commitment to putting every client’s best interest first. For that reason, all fees are clearly discussed before any work begins.

Because our services require professional time, attention, and expertise, all fees are non-refundable once services are delivered. However, if an error is made on our end, we will promptly correct it at no additional cost. Refunds are only considered in limited circumstances, such as duplicate payments or services that were paid for but not rendered.

Clients remain responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. Outcomes determined by the IRS or state agencies — including refund timing, audit results, or payment obligations — are outside our control and cannot be grounds for a refund.

Our promise is simple: we stand behind our work. If we make a mistake, we fix it. If you ever feel uncertain about fees, we encourage you to ask before moving forward — because every dollar matters, and every client deserves clarity.
